| Primary Crushing: | ||
After drilling and
blasting, material is crushed by a 42" x 48" jaw crusher and reduced
to processing plant feed-size by a 66" standard cone.

| Finishing: | |
| Final crushing to product size using three horizontal impact crushers provides a high quality cubically shaped finished product, free of elongated particles and resistant to degradation. |
| Sizing: | |
| The material is then separated into six sizes. Five sizes are stored in individual storage tanks for recombining with electronically controlled feeders to any specification size. Products can be washed after combining to specification size and conveyed directly to a linear stacker for stockpiling over ship loading conveyor draw points for direct loading. |
| Stockpiles & Capacity: | |
| A linear stacker enables over 800 thousand metric tonnes of material to stockpiled while waiting for shipment. Currently, our annual capacity is approximately 2 million metric tonnes of finished products. |
| Loading: | ||
| Products can be drawn
directly through various draw points onto the ship loading conveyors, either as
single products or in combinations controlled by conveyor scales, and loaded
into the vessel. The marine facility is capable of loading 3000 tonnes per
hour into Panamax class vessels.
